I am unemployed.
That's the short version. The long version is too drawn out and personal, but suffice it to say that, in the long run, the separation of myself and my employer was for the best. I wish most of the people at my former workplace well (emphasis on "most") and understand the reasoning behind their decision.
With that, I am now home 95% of the day, minus the occasional errand. I've always been comfortable being at home, alone, most of the time, so this isn't a big deal. And, since I've taken a 100% cut in income, why go out shopping if you can't afford it? What does this mean for this blog, you might ask?
A lot more time to post. A lot more time to read and watch and experience things to post about. Contrary to what my former employer believed, it's healthy to learn more about the world via the internet and social networking. This means posts on TV, movies, news, and anything that just trips my trigger. I'm going to be as honest as possible on this blog and hope to, like Spider-Man, reboot my blog.
